I've sat exactly where you're sitting.
I ran multi-million-pound businesses. I came through burnout. I found the courage to relocate to Spain — and then, after just eighteen months here, a hurricane ripped through my life: I lost my husband, suddenly, to cancer.
My own coach said something I've never forgotten: when a hurricane takes your house, you're left standing on the foundations of the life you had. If we don't rebuild on strong foundations, it falls down again. So that's what I did. I laid new foundations. I found my power, and slowly I stood back up — different, bruised, but steely in the determination to build a new life and a new purpose.
So here I am, writing my third act: working with people to find the person inside they were always meant to be. My purpose now is to help people like you face the future with purpose, confidence and clarity — because I know, first-hand, that you can begin again.
A few lines about Danny, in Ann's own words, to sit here alongside his photograph.
Live for you, not what anyone else thinks.
My path won't be your path. But I can hold a safe, honest space while you find yours.
